In-flight meals

Airlines are reducing meals service on most Domestic flights, so please check prior to boarding. We still advise our customers to bring some of their favorite snacks on board, especially on very long flights. It's a 10-hour flight to Helsinki, for example, and 20 hours to Bali. At least three meals will be served, but what happens if that second meal does not appeal to you?

It is, of course, possible to order special meals in advance, like a child's meal or a vegetarian meal, but the same principle holds true: what happens if one of the meals doesn't appeal to you? Please bring your favorite snack.

Seat assignments

Please let us know where you wish to sit - by the window or by the aisle.

The bulk head(where you have a wall in
front of you) and the emergency aisle
seats are assigned at airport, however
we will get you the best seats available.

We highly recommend that you have seat assignments prior to going to the airport.

The airlines hold up 60% of all seats for airport check in, so this may mean that you will not get the seat you wish for prior to arriving at the airport. Once you check in, you can always request a change of seat,

however by having a seat assignment, the airline can not bump you without your consent  if you follow all check-in rules.

Do not forget to reconfirm

all flight times at least 24 hours prior to departure by calling all of the airlines directly.

Recommended check in times:
The advised check-in time varies, so please check with each airline prior to flight.

With the new security checks, it will take additional time.

Change and cancellation rules vary between airlines. Please check with your agent.

Bring your Account and Credit Card phone numbers for reporting lost, stolen Credit Cards or   if you need to increase your limit. It is also a good idea to bring phone numbers of relatives as well as people you plan to visit.
